I think of Marc so often when I teach, on the best days as well as on the worst. Somehow, recalling his style is always reaffirming and/or reassuring.
I just had an idea: when I get back to my office in the fall, I'll go
through some of my old journals from my UC Davis days and I'll find some classic
Marc quotations from his seminars. I'll post them here.
